He was able to come out quickly and assess our problem areas and the way to fix them. We were given multiple options for replacing our furnace and heat pump and he worked us into the schedule to get both replaced before the heat wave. He and his partner were professional and cleaned the areas where they were working. He explained the new furnace and heat pump to us and walked us through how to make sure we were getting the most out of our zones. Our AC went out after the third day of very high temps and we were miserable. He was recommended by a friend who said "he's my new air guy". We called John and he came by THAT day on his way home from work, diagnosed the problem within moments and made the repair for a very reasonable price. He then spent a few minutes with us explaining how to extend the life of our unit and we made a plan for regularly servicing. He's now my new air guy, but I'll share :).

A month ago I had water spray from a pipe near the conditioner. The power light for the filters would not go on after that. I dreaded calling for service because of the added cost due to my actions that caused the situation. I finally did and talked to John the operations manager at Absolute Temp Control.
With a few suggestions I was able to get the power back on. John was professional, helpful and very pleasant. He removed all the stress I carried with me about my situation with just a conversation. John saved me time and money. He could have sent service but chose to resolve the situation over the phone. Wow, who does that? Thank you John.

The summer heat had just started and I knew he would be busy but my house was not cooling down. I was not expecting an appt any time soon, but he squeezed me into his busy schedule. John quickly determined that both units had iced over due to not changing the filters. - Yes, my fault, but the technician was kind and explained in detail what he had to do, how long it would take, and what I should do in the future, such as schedule filter changing into my smart phone. He even changed me from metal filters to paper since it was painfully obvious that I am not likely to hose off metal filters on a regular basis. :) He also discussed how much longer my old units would probably last without giving me any sales pressure.
It is VERY obvious that John cares about his work almost to the point of reverence. I knew he was super busy, but I never felt at any time that he was rushing or in a hurry. He had to come back after both units thawed out, so the appointment really took double the time. And one of my units literally requires you to climb through the ceiling of a tiny closet to get to (i.e., very tight space)! The price included all of that labor plus all the filters for 6 months (John went and bought the filters for me on his way back). I found the service and knowledge excellent, the price reasonable, and I have been inspired to take better care of my A/C units! I will always use John.
